This is the first "group smile" I have seen and I was really delighted! You can't see very clearly in this photo I took, but each of them has a unique and beautiful smile on the napkins they are holding up in front of their faces! The instigator of this wonderful display is the woman in the center, PW. So thank you, PW, and the ICU gang - you brought joy and laughter not only to me, but to pretty much everyone else who witnessed this!
